as i've been working to update the mobile css, i've been attempting to spruce up the over all look and feel of the (web) forum index and posts as well

With the inclusion of awards or badges, y'all may have noticed, I changed up the rank tags. this should hopefully work simplifying the "user groups" based on the feed back from the last site review.

The use of the Cyber Planet Keys for awards from the old RPG Inferno is a nice touch.
