Vista before Vista
Hey all! I wasn't here for a while but now Im back (wow! it changed very much since I wasn't here!)
I do this post to say somefin about people interested by Windows Vista, but who cannot buy it (only download the beta version), 'coz I think we're gonna have to wait till february here (the french version of Vista had some problems when they developped it).
Waiting, I kept my XP SP1, but each time people browses my computer they ask me if it's really XP.
In fact, I downloaded the skin of Vista in crystalXP.net ;
i describe a few : it's like Vista, windows are cleaner, contextual menus are transparents, the task bar is better for the sight, when ya click on an icon it raises before open, ya can choose several colors for yer folders, and many other things.
Is somebody using it??
BTW : don't use WindowBlinds, my mouse was blocked ten times per day when I had it

Re: Vista before Vista
From the reviews I have read, Vista doesn't really offer anything revolutionary. Also, Microsoft really sold themselves short. They could have given the world something truly great for their dollars.
But of course,they skimped/
