im waaay out of the loop
i havent seen a eps in quite some time, but here is what i remember:

Jaden our new 'hero' is pretty cool, his "special" card is
a wing'd kuribo that Yugi gave him.
pretty much the only LAME element of this series is this card oO
not the card itself, just how they work it into every duel - as his Last / Saving card - **BLA**- pretty sappy

but i dont see 'em droping the kuribo motif Yugioh GX Icon_rolleyes

There is confusion among some fans as to who gave Jaden the card. I wish to state here that it was not Atem (A.k.a, Yami) He's gone to the egyption afterlife and probably reincarnated by now. The Winged Kuriboh was given by none other than an older Yugi.

"But it sounded like Yami"

And young Atem sounded like Yugi in a flashback, what's your point?

The plot for season 3 is about a teacher called Proffesor Cobra who is draining duel energy to bring back his foster son.

OK, it seems that the real villain is Ubel who is a demon spirit who travels through bodies via the Devil Hand.
