Me and Mia LOVE this show! I had been waiting for this ever sence I got my fall preview screeners back in the summer, and I just couldn't wait! Sure to an old comic book geek like me I know who everyone's based on and such but I don't care because it so damn cool!

I love how they fit little mini storyarks into the big one, I do wish though, they would even out the usage of characters... I know everyone loves Hiro and Claire and Peter and such but its giving the weaker stories less time, like Nikki and D.L's story, I think thats really weak, but only because of time constrictions, same with Parkman, but he's gonna get more air time soon now that him and Ted Sprauge and that islraili girl are teamed up and in Texas...

and especially since Syler is teamed up with Suresh
creepy how he just stood there and told him(Zane/Syler) about how he saw 'Syler' kill his dad

ooooo i cant wait till next week - and i wonder if / when Claire is going to find out Peter is her uncle

Yeah Sylar is one of of the better TV villians in awile, that whole thing with him and Mohinder creeps me out, I mean how long is it gonna be before he realizes every time they meet someone, they end up dead....

I think Claire and Peter are gonna meet really soon, I actually think the Hatian is gonna bring them together, that guy just seems so in the know that he would wanna bring them all together.

Personally, I wanna see Ted Sprauge show off how he's worked on his power.

to keep up with the shows realistic feel i would think by the next eps (or dead body )

i mean the whole super hearing thing ... that dead chics ipod blairing in his ears, hahahahah - the head aches

well we'll kno soon enough

This has just started over here in the UK, but im pretty impressed by the first two episodes

You came in late?

Ok basically it starts with Peter having a dream about flying, and Nathen telling him he's crazy. From there it goes to Mohinder finding bout his dad's death after you find him teaching his own theroys of evolution to students, explaining that if the perfect creature is made in god's image, its a cockroach, and then it progresses from there.

By the end of episode one, you see Claire's power, you see Peter and Nathian fly, and you see Hiro run through an office like a spaz yelling "I did it!" because he turned time back for one second, followed by him and Ando having a really great comic book chat about his powers. Its actually the only point you get the really heavy marvel influance on the series, because they only mention them... and star trek. And Nikki takes her cloths off on the net. You also meet Issac, and try to hold back laughter at his looking like Lorenzo Lahmas-ness.

Episode two is where Hiro jumps to the future and sees the bomb, and jumps back with the comic. Really funny scenes of him spazzing about time square. other then that, more of Peter and Nathian going on about powers and Claire falling off stuff, Mohinder arvives in new york and meets Eden, you meet Parkman for the first time, and you meet the Haition as well if I recall. And Nikki kills some thugs wile taking her cloths off on the net, and ends up with a really nice 1959 Caddilac Eldorado that I don't recall seeing after afew episodes. Issac paints the big explosion on the floor and more people don't believe him because he's a junkie and looks like Lorenzo Lahmas.

claire - im going for Husk from new mutants to avoid the wolvierine cliche' (even its its true )

i forget his name * but her husband - he's got Shadowcat's abilities
that chic who picked up Ted in the desert, with the raido waves - she's a combo of Warlock and Cypher(doug ramsey)
Nathan i dunno he can fly - anything else
and can't claire bio mom do something with fire ?

heh - ya * Isaac did do the Lorenzo Lahmas look prety good

Peter is Mimic, none of the others with the duplication power can use more then one at once, just mimic

Nathian is Angel/ArchAngel but with out the wings

Hiro is (as near as I can tell) Immortus or possably Nathanial Richards.

Claire is X-23, that female version of wolverine

Micah is Warlock

D.L is Shadowcat

Issac is Destiny

Parkman is Professor X (any phy really but you know default marvel is chuck)

Nikki is The Incredable Hulk (or Milfcredable Hulk as Mia calls her)

Merideth (Claire's mom) is Phoenix (given her personality maybe Typhoid Mary)

Ted is Havok

The Haitian is Mastermind

Eden McCain was Emma Frost

Charlie Andrews was Cypher

Claude Reigns (the Invisable Man) is losely based on the invisable woman

Mr Bennet is Doctor Doom

Simone was Alicia Masters

Mohinder Saresh is losely based on Moria McTaggert

Sylar is sort of a mix of Mimic and the Absorbing Man.

Thats not simone, thats the woman that was seen looking over Parkman in the primatech building when Mr. Bennet and his boss walked in. Remember he said "she's part of the solution" and looked at her?

She has the ability to appear to be anyone at all, sort of like Envy from FMA, for whatever reason she takes on the form of a shot Simone. I would assume to taunt Peter or Issac for some reason. I'd assume its to taunt Issac for his Lorenzo Lahmas-ness and apparent ability to fail at not accidentally killing people with strangely customized guns, but well, one can only hope eh?
