Are they airing the one from back when it was a series on Showtime all them many years ago, or are they airing the recently released movie thats ment to "end" the series?

i never saw it on showtime..
scifi aired the "series" last summer and i had hear rumers that they were gonna bring the series
back due to "popularity" depending on how the series did.
the movie tonite says new - 2009 .. but of course that could mean just for syfy

Yes, I'm very aware of the name change.. and how completely unneeded it was...
if its 2009 then its the movie they did to "end" the series. There is honestly no way they could get the whole cast back together after almost 10 years to restart the show, sure it would be nice, but it just won't happen. Dead Like Me aired on showtime in the late 1990s early 2000s if I recall, before the inception of file sharing and avi and such, so its a fairly old show, and the cast has moved on to other things.. kind of. It was to showtime, what Carnivale was of to HBO, a great show with a super dedicated fanbase, but just not really much ratings outside of that... it sucks they got pulled back then, but the fact it can still bring views all this time later is pretty impressive and speaks for how good of a show it was.

mmmm well i love the series and i thought there was gonna be a new cast (new team of reapers)

dunno if that would work. It could though...
honestly though if they're gonna restart a series about reapers, i'd rather have them bring back the just canceled Reaper, which, I do love ever so.... I would marry it if it were a woman..
