What's happening now

well i'm loosing my daughter in a few days
and to top it all off, she took off the ring i gave her when
i proposed to her (the one she wore on her ear ring) then when around
"flaunting" it in my face last night

*sigh*
this xmas is going to be cold and lonely
with only me and my boys ... and i don't have the means
to get them a xmas tree (gonna try to do something) so 'Santa' makes
his visit ...

oh shit thats horrible

well .. she's (gwendolyn my ex/partner) gone
no goodbyes no nothing ... i spent all weekend crying
but nothing ... no emotion, nothing ..

just gone

oh fuck.... thats gotta be hard....

add insult to injury ..
her "goodbye" was a text/picture message of a
cut up debit card (from our joint account) - to add to it, she took
the coffee scouper that went with our coffee pot (along with almost all the coffee)
left me the pot tho

emotionally i know it hurts like hell but it's better this way there is no more "silent" violence to inflict on the children

you siad the little girl is going to be 12 right?? I'm not sure you will have to look into it but I know in MD by that age the child has a right to voice their perference on which parent they live with......

worse case ask for wkends and some holidays work it out with her dad if he wins custody which do to numb brains seems highly likely

and i'm totally sorry for being unavailable lately i had a melt-down of my own that simply had to be taken care of.......much to Laz'z delete 90% of that had me blowing people out of my life permently

i lost my job yesterday

where to start .. i guess the middle
right before christmas i lost my job. add to the fact that i've had no
emotional or financial support from my spouse, especially now that she's skipped town (moved to another city 2hours north of here)

left me and our children (2boys and 1girl) so there goes eight years worth of pain, sacrificing and what not down the drain.

Add to it, my daughter's dad has now
taken full custody of her, which i guess is best at this point since i do not even
know i am going to support my boys from one day to the next.

i have been actively seeking new employment since the week before christmas,
but as you can imagine so are a lot of other people.

i've had several interviews
(such as with Aflac - but they require me to be a licensed insurance agent in my state - a $300.00usd out of pocket expense)

so now i am going on a month of being unemployed and i am still behind on the
bills (some of which are due in part to my ex leaving us high and dry and taking all the money from our savings account)

i can cash out my 401k but that's only give me about 400$, which will not cover everything, in fact my checking account balance is over a negative 350$-
so this ship is sinking and fast .. as the WTF train just keeps rolling right over me

has the state any kind of emergency aid you can apply for?? I mean it's not like your not trying your working your ass off trying they gotta have something to help prevent you from losing the house and to feed your kids.

try churches for food and stuff not always the greatest but in a pinch food is food and sure beats being hungry


i wish i knew more ways to help hun

if it's any consulation we're sinking here too damn slumlord i wish he'ld pay my 2000$ back electric from not doing the damn kitchen

i've just about got the paper work for emergency aide completed
(still hard since none of the utilities are in my name and gwen refuses to fax in the info to get it changed)
add to it, she still has auto payments from HER credit cards that are coming out of my
account - this kind of BS is becoming real tiresome

i sent her an email basicly asking WTF and do i even expect to get the 130 plus the 25 nsf fee
reimbursed (knowing her, probably not)
with the emergency aide, i am also putting a claim to get child support from her sorry ass,

thats fucked up that she won't change things over and all that... its like she's trying to keep some kinda fallback or something.

what is really insulting is that she will not change over the utilites (power and water)
to me .. all it would take is a fax copy of out marriage certif ..
i can't get assistance unless i can show proof of residency - with excpetion of my car and
that is my name and the mortage that is in both our names

add to it she has a warrant for her arrest in my city/county and she hasn't taken care of it
and since she's moved to our states capitol .. she hasn't even changed over her DL address

and she had the gaul to tell me she still cared and offered to give me 150$ (approx half of what it would cost to get my insurance lisence) but she won't change over the utilites

its as if she does not want me to keep the home (the age old attitude of if i can't have it neither will you)
but she's gone off to play ho, yet screams at me that i am being the neglectful parent, cuz this
all still hurts and sometimes my kids see me cry
