For message boards/Forum software out there, Vb (vBulliten) is one of the best but costs to set up, get running and maintain. the following are a list of free providers that i have found benificial.

(a quality InvisionPowerBoard [IPB] forum software provider. offers a wide range of pre installed mods with the ease of a pre-set ACP)

i use three jcink and two forumer boards for my free imagine hosting....

lol .. for the most part, i use several (i lost count) invisionfree boards for the majority of my image and script hosting needs. especially for the mods i release, as IF offers an almost unlimited amount of bandwidth.
im sure jcink and forumer does the same, lol, to each their own
