Now, first thing I offer is this, go download a program called Advanced System Optimizer. Go register it by what ever means available (can we discuss piracy here?)

Things you should run once installed: Registry Defrag, Registry cleaner. While the memory Optimizer does look promising, I'm assured it isnt that good for your machine.
