Here's a place where we as a community can help others solve their various machine maladies.

Now, first thing I offer is this, go download a program called Advanced System Optimizer. Go register it by what ever means available (can we discuss piracy here?)
Things you should run once installed: Registry Defrag, Registry cleaner. While the memory Optimizer does look promising, I'm assured it isnt that good for your machine.

Second offering: Go download The Ultimate Troubleshooter, again registering it by whatever means available to you. This is a comprehensive guide on the systems that run on your computer, and whether you need them running all the time and how to deactivate them.
